Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Clark Contracts Limited.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, direct applications, recruitment events, and employee referrals to generate qualified applications for roles within the company.
  • Review CVs, online profiles, and applications to identify qualified candidates for site and office-based roles.
  • Conduct initial interviews to ensure candidates are put forward for the correct roles.
  • Arrange interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
  • Prepare interview materials and provide support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the Recruitment & HR Manager.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand and promote Clark Contracts Limited as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and industry regulations impacting recruitment and employment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience, either from an in-house or recruitment agency background.
  • Knowledge of construction roles and the skills required for various positions within the industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
