Job Summary:


Join our team as a Stocker where you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient inventory levels and ensuring products are readily available for our customers.

As a Stocker Controller you will be responsible for organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and contributing to the overall success of our supply chain operations.


Duties:

Scanning parts out, which links to our supplier, build a good strong working relationship with our supplier.

Be trustworthy, organised, honest and dedicated.

  • Stock and organize merchandise on shelves according to company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as needed.
  • Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize stocking procedures and maintain a wellorganized store environment.
  • Employ negotiation skills when dealing with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with Retail Management to implement effective stocking strategies.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to address stockrelated issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in stocking or related roles preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed stocking decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
