We are a leading event & party company_, specialising in the management & delivery of a diverse range of experiences, within mainly a 2 hour radius of our head office, based in Oxford. As freelance Event Manager, this is a wonderful opportunity to be part of the biggest & best events in the UK.

As the face of the company, your typical duties as an Event Manager may include:

  • Travelling to each event location (transport is provided from our HQ in Oxford)
  • Driving company vans, so you will need to have a full clean UK licence
  • Meeting and greeting the client
  • Unloading & setting up equipment
  • Instructing and delivering the activities
  • Interacting with clients to ensure they have an amazing experience
  • Managing the safe delivery of each designated activity
  • Packing down and loading kit
  • Promoting the company where possible on site


Working on a freelance capacity, our sales/operations team will be in constant contact with ongoing dates for new events as they confirm.

No experience is necessary. Full training will be given on our huge variety of events.

You will need your own transport to get to our office in Oxford, where everyone leaves for each event. Free parking is available on site.

Job Types:

£9.00-£12.00 per hour
