This will improve Northern Trust's ability to identify and manage risk across the organization, by aligning and equipping resilience stakeholders with new practices, guidance, and tools to be incorporated over time.
Ensure adherence to change management policies and procedures
Several years financial services experience with substantial experience in change management / operational resiliency
Manages related teams, sets team priorities, and allocates resources to align with business objectives
proven stakeholder engagement experience, engaging and inclusive management style, with experience of having managed operational resilience / operational processes / risk management initiatives
Highly flexible and adaptable to change, self-motivated and able to independently drive results
