Main duties of the job
The Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies service follows a hybrid working pattern, currently aiming for staff on average to work for 2 days in a Trust office or clinic and 3 days from home.
Our administrators are a vital part of our team, with a large number of clients across the county we literally couldn't provide high quality care without them; and that's where you come in. If you have good keyboard, administration and computer skills along with a good telephone manner and enjoy liaising between team members and clients in a busy environment, then this is the opportunity for you.
As a valued team member, we will support you to develop your skills and knowledge, there will be opportunities for you to obtain further qualifications as well as your yearly appraisal review.

The Trust hosts the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training and Research and the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Centre. Buckinghamshire Talking Therapies is actively involved in research, and the service benefits from being a member of the Oxford Academic Health Science Network Anxiety and Depression Network led by Professor David Clark.

'A' Level/ relevant NVQ III standard or equivalent/previous experience in an Administration Assistant role. Ability to "type and talk" in order to take referral information and process referrals accurately and efficiently. Proven experience of working in an administrative role.
