Job Overview

They will play a key role in the ongoing implementation of the fetal and neonatal intervention project, working in tandem with Clinical Leads to guide the project's direction.

Main Duties of the Job

Role Responsibilities:

- Take a lead role in day-to-day project management activities, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.

- Represent midwifery and nursing perspectives within the project team, ensuring comprehensive representation of clinical viewpoints.

- Provide forward-thinking clinical and project leadership, ensuring the project is delivered to the highest standard and within budget.

- Collaborate closely with clinical leads and stakeholders to advance the development, implementation, and delivery of the project.

- Identify and manage program dependencies and interfaces, developing strategies for effective management and tracking.

- Develop and oversee project plans, including milestones, activities, resources, and timelines.

- Create and execute project communications plans to keep stakeholders informed of progress and developments.

- Foster engagement with internal and external stakeholders, including finance, information services, and regulatory bodies.

- Ensure effective patient and family, as well as staff, engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

- Establish and uphold robust risk management processes, including the development and maintenance of risk registers.

- Lead and oversee project workstreams and groups, ensuring regular meetings, progress tracking, and follow-up on actions.
