We're partnering with a leading global tech company to fill the role of a skilled Total Rewards Operations Analyst for a 12-month contract. The position offers a competitive salary of up to £76,500 per annum, pro rata (PAYE) for 35 hours per week.

Join our dynamic tech client's Employee Experience team as a Total Rewards Operations Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager, Rewards Operations. In this position, you will play a pivotal role at the crossroads of various global Rewards functions (Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility) to strengthen the team by aiding in vendor management, project oversight, presentation development, reporting, and data collection.

As the ideal candidate, you can anticipate a role where each day brings new challenges amidst some consistent core responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Vendor Management:

  • Oversee vendor relations with our global benefit administration platform, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure the system aligns with business requirements.
  • Assist global and regional benefit program managers with the operational aspects of their programs within the system.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate projects and necessary resources for successful delivery, managing timelines, resource allocation, and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, keeping the project team informed of potential risks, weaknesses, or opportunities for adjustments.
  • Provide regular, accurate project status updates and track open issues, escalating when needed.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Create presentation materials for projects and ad-hoc requests.
  • Process designated Workday tasks.
  • Support other team members on various projects including SLA metric reporting, system testing, and data collection.

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Strong Excel skills with a keen eye for detail and organization.
  • Effective project management abilities and adeptness in managing expectations.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously with diverse stakeholders and overlapping schedules.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources.
  • Familiarity with a global benefit administration platform.
  • Experience with international benefit programs.
  • Preferably, prior professional experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of Workday is a plus.
  • Experience in compiling, analyzing, and reporting employee and vendor metrics.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, finance/accounting, communications, business, information sciences, or related field desired.
