We are in search of an enthusiastic individual ready to kickstart their career in financial services or to assist our clients with the growing administration team.
Role Requirements:- A well-presented, articulate individual who enjoys interacting with clients and is confident in communication via phone and in writing.
- Ability to work independently, manage workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and possess excellent organizational skills.
- Willingness to handle day-to-day tasks, take on extra responsibilities as the role evolves, based on career goals.

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Managing phone calls and relaying messages to Admin and Advisers.
- Scheduling annual client reviews.
- Preparing client packages for meetings.
- Establishing client relationships and assisting with inquiries.
- Processing authority letters and following up with providers for information.
- Arranging internal meetings as per management requests.
- Assisting with seminar preparations when needed.
- Performing other relevant duties as assigned.
- Reporting to the Administration Manager.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Adaptability to changing procedures.
- Effective time management, organization, and prioritization abilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous experience in administration or teamwork.
- Salary £22,000.
- 25 days holiday + Bank holiday.
