Addlux Limited is a small, dynamic and rapidly expanding company engaged in developing, manufacturing and supplying high technology LED lighting products to small and leading companies worldwide.
We commenced business in 2010 and are now looking to expand our staff.We offer a position for an energetic
Office & Production Administrator, who will help us shape the future of the company.
Initial responsibilities
- general office and production administration
- prepare, send and follow-up on quotes using CRM and accounting software
- coordinate projects with other staff, suppliers and cost estimation team
- manage stock levels and production schedule
- coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments
Your background
Essential
- Good English writing and speaking skills (an additional European language would be a plus)
- Confidence on the phone and a good speaking voice
- Good educational standards
- Proficiency in the use of the Internet, MS Word and Excel
- Experience in production and general business administration, sales support, CRM systems, as well as customer relationship management
- Experience in administrative tasks, and an organisational mindset
- Good to excellent customer handling skills
- A background or interest in technology, but not necessarily in lighting
