We commenced business in 2010 and are now looking to expand our staff.

We offer a position for an energetic
Office & Production Administrator, who will help us shape the future of the company.

You will be hands on, personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. You must be willing to learn, show initiative, work independently but also be a positive team-player. You can be starting your career or already have several years' experience in a similar capacity.

Initial responsibilities
- general office and production administration
- prepare, send and follow-up on quotes using CRM and accounting software
- coordinate projects with other staff, suppliers and cost estimation team
- manage stock levels and production schedule
- coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments

Your background
Essential

  • Good English writing and speaking skills (an additional European language would be a plus)
  • Confidence on the phone and a good speaking voice
  • Good educational standards
  • Proficiency in the use of the Internet, MS Word and Excel
Desirable

  • Experience in production and general business administration, sales support, CRM systems, as well as customer relationship management
  • Experience in administrative tasks, and an organisational mindset
  • Good to excellent customer handling skills
  • A background or interest in technology, but not necessarily in lighting
