  • Serve as a Chief Scrum Master on cloud based identity program, consisting of multiple scrum teams
  • Mentor and coach the team on Agile principles
  • Supervise the scrum masters
  • Plan and facilitate program-level Agile ceremonies including Program Increment Planning
  • Jira/Confluence & Slack experience
  • Agile methodology experience in a ci/cd environment

Knowledge, Skills Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience working in a professional setting, preferably in consulting or technology as a Senior or Lead Scrum Master
  • Has led Scrum Teams within large Agile Transformations
  • Support SRE teams and operate as a Senior

Ideally, you'll also have

  • 2 5 years of SAFe Agile coaching experience and an active SAFe Program Consultant Trainer (SPCT) Certification
  • Familiarity with virtual whiteboarding tools
  • Passionate about technology and applying it to business solutions
