Job Title: Scrum Master

Location: Fully Remote

Salary: Up to £55,000

Corecom Consulting is in search of a dedicated Scrum Master who is eager to contribute to a vibrant IT consultancy environment. This role is pivotal in steering the successful execution of innovative projects across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile Practices: Oversee and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure engagement, focus, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
  • Eliminate Obstacles: Proactively identify and resolve any impediments that may obstruct the team's progress, ensuring efficient project delivery.
  • Foster Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of ongoing enhancement, motivating teams to reflect, adapt, and refine their processes.
  • Manage Stakeholders: Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other key participants to maintain alignment on objectives, priorities, and timelines.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on team performance, utilizing metrics to enhance efficiency and project success.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master within an Agile framework.
  • Strong grasp of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
  • Capability to oversee multiple teams or projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
  • Experience in an IT consultancy setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
