We are seeking a passionate and experienced Behavior Mentor.


As a Behavior Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our students to develop positive behaviors and attitudes towards their learning and relationships with others.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring sessions for students who require additional support with their behavior and emotional wellbeing.

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior plans in collaboration with teachers and parents/guardians.
  • Lead and deliver targeted interventions to support students with social, emotional and behavioral difficulties, using evidencebased strategies and approaches.
  • Monitor and track the progress of students receiving support, providing regular feedback to relevant staff and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children and young people with behavioral difficulties, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Sound knowledge of behavior management strategies and techniques, and experience implementing them successfully.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents/guardians.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Enhanced Child & Adult DBS or willing to pay for one
