Shift Pattern: 36 hours / Full-time

DUTIES

  • To support the capture of corporate complaints, comments, compliments, and suggestions from customers.
  • To assist in the daytoday provision of the frontline service through face to face, telephone, selfservice, and ebased contacts.
  • To maintain uptodate records and knowledge of the Policies and Procedures required to provide the effective processing.
  • To provide accurate information on all services on both routine and complex issues.
  • To deal effectively with customers service requests, answering queries, giving advice covering the full range of services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of working in a call centre environment
  • Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
  • Previous experience of working within a Customer Service role or equivalent.
  • Experience of dealing with the public through a range of contact channels
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
