Basic Function:

nWorking within the service team, this exciting and challenging position will be based from the field with regular travel throughout the UK and some travel to MEA.

The sole goal of this function is to support the Dealers and customers with diagnostics, and repairs to CNH Agricultural equipment.


nKey Responsibilities:
nCustomer and Dealer satisfaction

on the most effective repair methods, use of technical information, enhanced diagnostic, Control Room and support tools to ensure customer satisfaction.nTo Support Service Technical Specialists (Product Specialists), and Service Zone managers in problem resolution with customers machines.nTo prepare and deliver training as required to the network and customers.


nKey Competencies:


nBe self-motivated, proactive and have a solid practical understanding of technical diagnosis and problem solving.nEnthusiasm with an inquisitive nature and willingness to take responsibility for own performance.nMust be willing to work in a flexible, dynamic environment.nProven hands on practical skills with ability to work confidently in a workshop environment.nProven ability to work in a team environment, with excellent customer service skills.nCollege qualification in Engineering/Mechanisation or related discipline highly desirable.nProficiency in Microsoft Office programs and able to learn various Company systems.nA full clean driving licence.
