A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive, friendly Customer Service Advisor to join us here at The Puffin Hut.


We are passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting customers to reach their goals of a healthier lifestyle, by stopping smoking.


Although knowledge of vaping is a bonus, it is not a requirement to vape or have retail experience to apply.

You will need the ability to pick up product knowledge and demonstrate a patient friendly approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:

  • Deal effectively and efficiently with customer queries
  • Helping customers find the appropriate products to suit their Vaping needs
  • Processing transactions through the till
  • Processing returns
  • Ensure high standards are kept within the store
  • Ensure the store is always well stocked as well as clean and tidy

Key Skills you will need for the role:

  • Over 18 only due to the nature of the product
  • Excellent people skills with an outgoing and friendly approach
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proactive with a cando attitude
  • Numerate and IT competent
  • Drivers licence is preferred but not essential

  • Fulltime contract
  • 35 Hours per week available (Mon-Sun) 5 days over 7

Salary:
£9.55-£9.75 per hour
