We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's leading wholesaler's, supporting their business as a Customer Service Advisor.

You will be providing the highest level of customer service making sure customers are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.


Main Duties include:

  • Processing orders and general admin duties.
  • Examine & process damages, shortages, returns and credit claims.
  • Deal with administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Provide a well organised computer and manual filing system to the business.

Requirements:

  • Polite and wellmannered individual
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Competent enough to work autonomously or in a team.
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problemsolving skills.
  • Structural and planning skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Provide a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Computer literate.

Benefits:

" Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.
" Breaks/Lunch:

  • 15-minute morning break, 15-minute afternoon break & 30-minute lunch break.
" Holidays:

  • 20 days per year with 1 day added for every full year worked up to a maximum of 5 extra days.

£21K- £23K DOE
