Customer Service Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's leading wholesaler's, supporting their business as a Customer Service Advisor.
You will be providing the highest level of customer service making sure customers are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
Main Duties include:
- Processing orders and general admin duties.
- Examine & process damages, shortages, returns and credit claims.
- Deal with administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Provide a well organised computer and manual filing system to the business.
Requirements:
- Polite and wellmannered individual
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Competent enough to work autonomously or in a team.
- Ability to follow instructions
- Multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills.
- Structural and planning skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Provide a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and deliver excellent customer service.
- Computer literate.
Benefits:
" Working hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm.
- 15-minute morning break, 15-minute afternoon break & 30-minute lunch break.
- 20 days per year with 1 day added for every full year worked up to a maximum of 5 extra days.

Salary:
£21K- £23K DOE
