Performance Marketing Executive

Treatwell is on a mission to transform the beauty industry, and we're seeking a talented Performance Marketing Executive (Paid Social) to join our high-performing team.
You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, driving user acquisition and brand awareness for both B2C and B2B audiences.
Partner with Performance Marketing Managers to define target audience segments and refine creative messaging for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest campaigns.
Maintain momentum with creative development. Collaborate with the design and content teams to brainstorm creative concepts for paid social campaigns.Write insight-driven briefs that are clear and concise, and stay updated on social media design trends and adapt creative strategies accordingly.
Foster strategic partnerships:
build strong relationships with our account managers at Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok and stay informed about new platform features, advertising options, and beta programs to leverage these opportunities.
Become an analytics expert, utilising marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance across platforms.Stay at the forefront of the industry, actively participating in industry events and researching emerging social media platforms and advertising opportunities.
Collaborate on performance marketing projects beyond paid search whenever needed, such as new AI projects or affiliate marketing.Have 2-3 years proven experience in developing and managing paid social advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Possess a strong understanding of social media marketing principles, including audience targeting, creative best practices, and campaign optimization techniques.
Love data (almost) as much as performance marketing, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Be passionate about social media with a keen eye for creative trends.NOTE:
This is a Hybrid role, with the expectation to work from our London office at least 2 times per week (Office location: We're the industry's smartest salon management software, all connected to Europe's leading bookings platform, working with over 50,000 salon partners across 13 countries, processing over 8 million bookings every month.
