We currently have an exciting opportunity someone to take on a new role, championing all things Global, both internally and externally.


Our Global Consulting practice manages a portfolio of multinational customers and provides them with Employee Benefit solutions for their Global and globally mobile workforce, with a particular focus on International PMI.

Working with the Global team, you will work with a portfolio of customers ensuring that we use our digital technology to help our customers to succeed and grow.


Your day to day activities will include:

  • As a Global expert, you will develop the employee benefit strategy for your customers.
  • You will provide a market review and recommendation of appropriate solutions for services where we provide direct broking, e.g. International PMI.
  • Where we are not appointed directly, in other jurisdictions, you will liaise with our partners and the customer to ensure continuity of cover.
  • There's all the standard renewal work that is required for each customer plus the ad hoc requests and customer queries to keep you on your toes
  • And, alongside all of that, you will maximise and introduce new opportunities to help achieve the Global Benefits business plan.

Although we do not require tons of experience for the role, we'd love to find the following:

  • Someone who has a real passion for what they do, and lives out every one of our values.
  • Someone with a track record in successfully managing a portfolio of customers, in terms of achieving financial targets, customer satisfaction and appropriate brand value outcomes.
  • Someone with a good understanding of all Global associated products in the current market, especially with regards to International PMI
  • Someone with a good understanding of industry regulations, compliance requirements and technical specifications.
  • Someone who can demonstrate insight into the background and history of the Global market and its context.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple countries and provide a level of clarity and interpretation to overseas benefit provision.

Absolute musts for the role:

  • 35 years' experience of the International PMI market at a provider and/or a broker/ consultant.
  • We're looking for a real complete finisher, who is an analytical and proactive thinker, and someone who really takes ownership and accountability of their work.
  • You need to be able to present reports and information to clients, employees and colleagues as either individuals or in groups in a clear and coherent manner
  • Someone who will interact and work with every department, talking to stakeholders internally and externally on all levels to achieve the best
  • An amazingly organised person, with phenomenal attention to detail
  • Outstanding selfinitiative.

***While this role will be worked predominantly on an office or hybrid basis, we are looking for someone who is able to attend the Southampton office on a minimum of 1 day a month basis.
