About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our SME Benefits Consultancy team at Benefex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our SME clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on Group Risk and Healthcare benefits to SME clients
  • Manage and retain existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Implement and deliver our online benefits platform to clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring our clients receive the best possible service

Requirements
