About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Consultant to join our SME Benefits Consultancy team at Benefex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to our small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers on their benefits and rewards strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Group Risk and Healthcare consultancy services to SME customers, building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Manage and retain customers across both Group Risk and Healthcare benefits, ensuring timely delivery of agreed services and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Be the point of contact for all employer/employee queries, including claims and benefits administration.
  • Implement customer online benefits platforms, providing pre-launch support, presentations, and post-launch aftercare.
  • Lead high-quality demos of our online platform with customers, showcasing the benefits and features of our solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing/account management role, with a track record of delivering customer service excellence.
  • Excellent customer relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build a network of contacts both internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of pensions, flexible, and marketplace benefits is a bonus.
