Main responsibilities

  • To effectively coordinate with primary and secondary schools, you will be responsible for ordering supplies, and stock.
  • Stay informed on the POS system.
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments
  • Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow, assessing staff, and providing feedback to improve internal performance
  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
  • Engage and communicate with primary school and high schools
  • Ordering stock
  • Welcome and serve the customer providing an excellent instore experience at all times.
  • Ensure to be uptodate knowing school uniform policies
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintaining a fully stocked shop and stockrooms
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
