Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30 am pm and Friday from 8:30 am to 3.30 pm
Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have excellent computer skills.

- Confident dealing with visitors face to face and on the telephone

Job Role:
You will be working within a team of Administration Assistants.
You must be dependable and willing to rotate on tasks each day to include:
- Photocopying and Scanning of documents
- Filing
- Completing departmental spreadsheets
- Ordering stationery and Sundries
- Assisting with the delivery of internal post
- Covering reception as and when required and answering the telephones
- Assisting in all departments to ensure support is provided in an administrative capacity as directed by your Managers
Salary:
From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 41 per week
