Role
***- Previous applicants need not reapply.- Our Customer Resolution team within Direct Maintenance are looking for Customer Service specialists to join our team on a permanent basis in the role of Stakeholder Liaison Officer. This is a new role and an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on L&Q's residents lives. The Stakeholder Liaison officers report directly to the Head of Customer Resolution and work alongside the Customer Liaison Officers in the heart of the Maintenance Services team resolving complaints, queries and issues on a daily basis.- The Stakeholder Liaison Officers are the primary point of contact for managing communications between external stakeholders, such as MPs and councillors and the in-house maintenance and housing teams. They are accountable for responses to written and verbal enquiries and will liaison between in-house teams to formulate responses and get to the heart of queries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed in this position.- You will have good organisation and prioritisation skills and will ensure that relevant responses are sent within the required timeframes. Ensuring feedback and progress updates are delivered timely and efficiently and that open complaints closed down with a satisfactory outcomes. Experience working within a similar role with the Social Housing environment
