Portals & Website QA Executive

Overview :

We are looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy individual with a passion for residential property to fill the role of Portals & Website QA Executive in JLL's UK Residential Marketing team. This role combines the responsibilities of managing portal property listings and ensuring the quality and accuracy of our residential website content. The successful candidate will report to both the Senior Marketing Manager and CRM & Website Content Manager and will work closely with the wider marketing team as well as the residential development team. Ensuring our property listings on portals and our website are best in class through clear processes and identifying new technologies and content gaps that will drive conversions is at the heart of this role. The role will be based and flexible between our offices in Soho London and Canary Wharf

Key Responsibilities

Portals Management:

  • Day-to-day management of JLL's new home portal listings within Salesforce platform.
  • Source content and information from clients to ensure accurate listings.
  • Identify content creation opportunities to improve portal conversion.
  • Collaborate with account managers at portals (Rightmove, Zoopla & On the Market) to optimise utilisation and improve conversions.
  • Managing, optimising and reporting on additional portals marketing products.
  • Manage contracts and financials with portal partners in conjunction with line manager.
  • Ensure an "always-on" approach to user experience, presenting compelling content and improving listings.
  • Conduct regular reporting and data analytics to drive content strategy.
  • Streamline processes with residential development team and clients.

Website Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct quality assurance checks on JLL residential websites across all pages.
  • Manage Salesforce platform to upload and maintain website content.
  • Source content and information from clients for website accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the residential website in collaboration with the marketing team and digital product teams.
  • Prioritise content opportunities for improved conversion and customer experience.
  • Maintain an "always-on" approach to user experience by continuously improving website content.
  • Collaborate with the digital product team to manage online property portfolios.
  • Streamline web content processes with the residential development team.
  • Assist the product team on website reporting using GA4, BrightEdge and other analytics tools.

Additional:

  • Undertake regular competitor and market-wide website analysis to stay ahead of trends and technologies.
  • Additional ad-hoc marketing responsibilities including supporting on email marketing.

  • Exemplary attention to detail.
  • CRM and CMS experience preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to navigate and balance conflicting stakeholder requests.
