Site Manager

Rate per day (Outside of IR35)

Location: Hassocks

Immediate Start

Responsibilities of the successful Site Manager in water & wastewater treatment:

  • Manage Health and Safety compliance for all contracts
  • Document any changes and delays to ensure financial implications are addressed
  • Oversee site inspections and audits
  • Prepare progress reports as needed
  • Participate in all site meetings and visits
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site installations
  • Manage Mechanical/Electrical/Civils installation plans
  • Prepare necessary documentation before work commences
  • Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements are carried out
  • Review all documentation from subcontractors
  • Collaborate with the Planner and Project Engineer to track progress
  • Engage with the client to meet or surpass set KPIs

Requirements for the Site Manager role:

  • SMSTS certification
  • First Aid qualification
  • CSCS card
  • Prior experience in water/waste water industry
