We are looking for Night Support Workers to join the Newfound Team

As a night support worker your role will be to:

  • Remain alert throughout the night to ensure the safety of the people we support.
  • You will complete documentation on sleep routine and have good written skills.
  • Support by following individual support plans for each resident and assisting with evening routine, medication and domestic duties.
  • To develop professional and positive relationships with the people we support. You need to be able to communicate with people at all levels.
