Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests as they arrive and depart from the hotel
  • Open doors and assist guests with luggage if required
  • Provide directions and information about the hotel and local attractions
  • Maintain a welcoming and safe environment for all guests
  • Assisting guests with directions, transportation and general information
  • Making sure the lobby area and hotel entrance is wellmaintained & clean, reporting any concerns to the relevant departments or taking ownership to resolve any issues straightaway
  • Conducting luggage drops accurately and promptly as and when the business requires.
