I am currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for my client's main dealer site in Preston. I'm looking for a friendly and confident individual who wants to be a part of admin team.

Sales Administrator role:


The role will entail working closely with the sales manager and sales team to ensure all administration for the department is done efficiently and accurately.

As a part of admin team, you will be:

  • Invoicing vehicles.
  • Updating vehicle records.
  • Taxing vehicles.
  • Liaising with departments on the location of vehicles.
  • Making sure all records are kept accurate and well kept.
  • Liaising with the team to make sure the customer is kept up to date at all areas of the process.

Sales Administrator requirements:

  • Must have experience within the administrative role.
  • Ideally looking for someone who has previous experience as a Sales Administrator.
  • Must have strong administration skills and ability spin many plates.
  • Having experience of using the Kerridge will be an advantage.
