Residential childrens home team leader

NB - This job requires experience in
Children's Residential Care.
This is a
Full-time job role, the shift pattern is 1 shift on, then 2 shifts off. We offer competitive rates of pay, and our sleep in rates is
£60 per night

Duties include:

  • Taking point on shift and leading by example.
  • Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
  • Training up new members of staff.
  • Participating in oncall rota and taking out of hours calls when required.
  • Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
  • Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met.
  • Working in partnership with Deputy Manager.
  • Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
