Senior Care Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Aughton Park, a purpose-built care home offering residential and dementia care. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to provide exceptional care to our residents, enabling them to live later life well.
Key Responsibilities- Support residents with personal care needs and help them participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care.
- Previous experience in care, preferably in a leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
