We are expanding and looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, well-organised admin staff to join our dynamic team at RightCareBarnsley SPA, based at Kendray Hospital. Our goal is to guarantee that the residents of Barnsley get the right care, at the right place, and at the right time.
Job Summary:- This is a varied role involving receiving patient referrals from multiple sources such as GPs, hospitals, and Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
- Administrators process these referrals to the appropriate recipient, working closely with clinical staff for advice and support to ensure prompt and accurate patient care responses.
- As an administrator, you will handle over 400 contacts a day, answering calls from various stakeholders to ensure top-quality patient care outcomes.
- This role requires working 365 days a year on a flexible shift pattern that includes weekends and Bank Holidays.

Qualifications
- Essential: NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) or demonstration of competency
