Overview of role:

The Affiliates Associate Partner is responsible for Affiliates strategy and deployment for our clients, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.

Partner:


An Associate Partner is a specialist activation position within a team and will often be the main point of contact for the client.

An Associate will be a self-sufficient, proactive person who will support the leadership on the strategy of the function, they will be responsible for product activation, effectiveness and analysis as well as quality assurance.

An Associate Partner will be client facing and be responsible for the performance for a client, channel or function.

Role responsibilities

Strategy:

  • Strategy clear approach to delivering client strategy in product.
  • Planning forecasting and campaign planning.
  • Testing proactive testing and innovation ideas.
  • Integration linking up with other products and disciplines.
  • Review monthly review meetings and quarterly business reviews.

Deployment:

  • Management product personnel briefed, performing & motivated.
  • Campaign all activity deployed on time according to best practice.
  • Performance oversight, analysis, reaction & adaptation.
  • Communication responding to queries & attending calls / meetings.
  • Reporting production, accuracy & commentary.
  • Quality auditing, pacing and general checks.

To be successful in this role:

  • 2-5+ years of Affiliates experience
  • ideally including lead generation.
  • A positive, flexible, cando attitude.
  • Be able to coordinate and prioritise a number of tasks at the same time.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive.
  • Confident, approachable, and able to build strong relationships.
  • Confidence in writing and editing strong content, ability to be a storyteller.

Desirable qualifications:

  • Significant handson experience in Affiliates, with an understanding of best practices, product updates, and industry trends.
  • A proven track record of successfully activating Affilies strategies for various clients or organisations.
  • Up to date industry knowledge.
  • Experience with AWIN, Tradedoubler, Commission Junction, and other platforms.
  • Experience with Google Analytics.
  • Experience working with Excel & Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Powerpoint/Google Slides.
  • Comfortable working with data.
  • Experience presenting and speaking to clients.
