Workplace Designer - up to £600 per day OUTSIDE IR3- 6 months (extensions highly likely) - Gloucestershire - Hybrid (50% on site) - one stage interview - Must hold a current SC clearance

Yolk Recruitment are looking for a Workplace Designer to work on an exciting large scale estate transformation programme one of the country's leading institutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to be apart of a talented team on a key transformation programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop workplace design concepts that enhance the employee experience and support our business goals.
  • Create detailed workplace designs, including floor plans, elevations and 3D visualisations, that effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
  • Develop design specifications and material schedules, ensuring all designs meet relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
  • Manage workplace design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide technical advice and support to internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, HR and IT teams.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Hold current SC security clearance.
  • Proven experience in workplace design, with a portfolio of successful workplace design projects.
  • Excellent design skills, with the ability to create inspiring and innovative workplace designs.
  • Strong technical knowledge of workplace design, including materials, finishes, and building regulations.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver them on time and within budget.
