This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic and small friendly team.

This is a key role for the organisation as it is responsible for all recruitment across all ODI entities, setting up the annual recruitment plan and providing guidance to hiring managers.

You will also be responsible for implementing the Recruitment system and process improvements to support recruitment activities.

This includes supporting an inclusive culture, embedding equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging at ODI, and putting it at the heart of our recruitment.

The role will lead and deliver on all recruitment activities including, but not prescriptive to the following areas:
Sole responsibility for end-to-end all recruitment process
Development and promotion of inclusive recruitment practices
Continuous improvement of our recruitment process
Promotion of ODI's benefits

You will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment needs of all of the Research Programmes and Support Functions.

Proven experience in global talent acquisition or recruitment at all levels, including sourcing for most senior roles in an organisation.

Knowledge of sourcing candidates through a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, social media platforms and online job sites.
Knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
Strong planning skills, attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook.
