Communications Lead - Contract Position – Public Sector – SC Cleared

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Lead to join our team and to provide Communications expertise for a huge Core Cloud project for one of our key customers. This pivotal role will lead our communications strategy, ensuring that our internal and external messaging aligns with our organisation's values and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Designing Communications and Business Change Strategy:

· Develop effective corporate communication strategies.

· Manage internal communications (memos, newsletters, etc.).

· Draft content (e.g., press releases) for mass media or company website.

Developing and Achieving Milestones:

· Lead communications with key user groups, creating and delivering key messages to drive stakeholder engagement and buy-in.

Working in the Core Cloud Function:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including cloud and technology experts, to ensure effective communication across the organisation.

Hybrid Role:

The position offers flexibility, with a mix of remote work and occasional office presence. We would like you to be on site for a minimum of 2 days' a week (London).

To be successful, you will need:

· Active SC Clearance (Essential)

· Previous demonstrable experience gained within a Communications role

· Have worked on Tech Comms programmes before (ideally in Public Sector but not essential)

· Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.

· Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills.

· High level of attention to detail.

Contract Details:

Duration: 6 months

Location: London, Hybrid
