Where do you fit in?
Reporting into the Chief Data Officer, the Head of Analytics Engineering will lead the Analytics Engineering team, a key pillar of our Data & Analytics department. This role involves providing governance and best practices for business analytics, supporting distributed analyst teams as well as engaging in complex, high-value analytics projects. You will play a pivotal role in democratising data across the organisation and building data monetisation opportunities.

What do you need to succeed?
- Minimum 5 years experience in a leadership role within analytics or Data Engineering
- Strong expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and data warehousing
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, ThoughtSpot) and data engineering platforms (Airflow, SQL, Python)
- Inspirational leadership styles with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in running an Analytics Centre of Excellence in a distributed analytics department
