Training & Development Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a well-established company in Norwich as the Training and Development Manager
This role is perfect for an experienced training professional who is looking to take the training and learning provision of the business to the next level. As the Training & Development Manager, you will report to the Head of HR and play a crucial role in developing and enhancing training programs to ensure the staff's continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain learning and development programs that align with the organization's strategic direction.
- Create and implement annual training plans, managing resources and budgets effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality and impact of training interventions.
- Support the HR Team in executing strategic HR action plans and delivering excellent HR services.
Applicants for this role should have a degree and substantial experience in Training Management. Previous exposure to research, scientific, or educational settings would be beneficial.

This full-time role will require you to be office-based for at least 4 days a week.
