THE ROLE

  • The Sales Trainer will collaborate closely with the Front Office Investment Management and Financial Planning teams to focus on expanding client business and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Developing training materials, presentations, manuals, and visual aids for the front office team.
  • Delivering engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars in-person and virtually.
  • Customizing training to meet individual needs and enhance the WEALTH MANAGEMENT business.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in collaboration with sales leadership and devising strategies for enhancement.
  • Creating and implementing new joiner's proposition and sales training programmes, as well as sales management training.
  • Evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Providing continuous coaching and partnering with other departments to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

The Candidate

  • Minimum degree qualification in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven sales training experience, preferably in investment management.
  • Thorough grasp of investment products, financial markets, and sales tactics.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute impactful training programmes with tangible outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
