We are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Assistant to strengthen our existing team. Reporting to the Admin & Finance Manager you will provide administrative support, in the areas of payroll & accounts.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- General administration duties.
- Dealing with telephone enquiries from customers and employees.
- Processing new employees and amendments.
- Administering our time and attendance system.
- Raising invoices & credits.
You will be computer literate including Word and Excel, a working knowledge of Xero would be advantageous but not essential.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 1.00pm (some flexibility may be required), with a salary of £11,440 per annum.
