Active Cleaning Limited is an established cleaning company providing contract cleaning services to offices, medical centres, and schools. We work with many well-known companies across Yorkshire and the Northwest.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Assistant to strengthen our existing team. Reporting to the Admin & Finance Manager you will provide administrative support, in the areas of payroll & accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • General administration duties.
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries from customers and employees.
  • Processing new employees and amendments.
  • Administering our time and attendance system.
  • Raising invoices & credits.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills both written and verbal with strong numeracy skills.

You will be computer literate including Word and Excel, a working knowledge of Xero would be advantageous but not essential.


The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 1.00pm (some flexibility may be required), with a salary of £11,440 per annum.

Due to the location of the office, you will need to have your own transport.
