**Transport & Weighbridge Support/Administrator**

Assist the Transport Manager & Weighbridge Operative in all other aspects of the department functions.

Working in a waste transport office would be an advantage, however, transport or logístical experience is not necessary for the role, as training on all software packages will be provided.

The office is often a very busy environment, so the ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines would be beneficial.

Deal with transport & weighbridge related queries

Deal with bookings

Liaise with internal departments and support business needs.

General administration duties

Administration tasks

Ability to pay attention to detail.

Any other ad hoc duties as requested by the Manager.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent Communication skills.
- Team Player
- Proactive work ethic
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Fully conversant with office equipment including photocopier / scanner / printer.
- Computer literate.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices.
- Experience of working within a busy site would be an advantage.

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday 7:00am - 17:00pm

**Holidays**: 30 Days pro-rata increasing to 35 days after 5 years’ service

**Wage**: Dependent on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
