Spinwell is recruiting for a Correspondence Drafter for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CORRESPONDENCE DRAFTER

  • Handle HR transactional queries through to resolution.
  • Protect personal data, ensuring GDPR compliance in documents.
  • Support departments to recruit effectively.
  • Effective time management of priorities and deadlines.
  • Display good communication skills, including effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have an awareness of the wider HR Function including roles, policies and processes.
  • Gather, interpret, and present data, consisting of highlighting data insights, trends, issues and potential solutions.
  • Build excellent stakeholder relationships.
  • Exhibit good project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE CORRESPONDENCE DRAFTER

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills both verbally and in writing;
  • Be willing and able to adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Proactively manage and prioritise work to produce high quality and timely drafts;
  • Build relationships across a range of stakeholders including policy experts, Ministers' Private Offices and external agencies;
  • Draw key information from a range of sources;
  • Review own work and strive to improve on the service being provided to the Department and our customers;
  • Work as part of a team;
  • Be flexible and adaptable in supporting others across the unit;
  • Demonstrate excellent judgment and initiative.
