We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Workday Specialist to join one of our prestigious clients in Milton Keynes on a 12 Month FTC basis. The organization is currently in the process of implementing Workday and is seeking a specialist to support the HR team during the second phase of the project - focusing on the final stages of the implementation, integration into various teams, introducing new functionalities, and ensuring comprehensive utilization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead improvement initiatives by offering expert Workday support.
  • Document, test, and implement new features within the Workday platform.
  • Provide guidance and assistance for any Workday-related issues.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of Workday HR reporting.
  • Participate in testing new Workday features.
  • Propose enhancements, upgrades, and new functionalities to enhance HR system performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate system updates.
  • Develop and document system processes and policies.

For this role, extensive experience in working with and implementing Workday is essential to comprehensively leverage its capabilities for the benefit of the HR team. A background in HR is also a prerequisite for success in this position.

Salary: Circa £45,000
