About the Company:
Fusion People is currently seeking a dedicated Site Supervisor to join their team in Bampton. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Section Engineer/Manager, overseeing all on-site setting out tasks.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting out on-site using various methods such as GPS, EDM, Total Station, etc. for different types of work
  • Working collaboratively with the team and providing support as needed
  • Keeping detailed daily diaries of on-site activities
  • Ensuring quality standards are met and documented
  • Conducting safety and workplace inspections
  • Issuing permits when necessary
  • Performing CAT & Genny surveys before excavation work
  • Participating in site meetings
  • Communicating effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients
  • Conducting site surveys and creating sketches of survey work and construction sequences

Training/Competency Requirements:

  • CSCS card specific to the role
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering
  • CAT & Genny training (optional)
  • First Aid certification (optional)
  • Safety Critical Medical certification (optional)
  • Laptop (optional)
  • AutoCAD knowledge (optional)

Typical Working Hours:

Monday to Friday until 18:00. Weekends may be required for specific tasks.
