Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Health and Safety: Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  2. Project Management: Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the client's specifications and requirements.
  3. Site Management: Oversee the site operations, including labour, plant, and materials management, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  4. Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress and address any issues that may arise.
  5. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Manager and other stakeholders on project progress, issues, and recommendations.

Requirements:

  1. Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications, as well as an industry-applicable qualification.
  2. Experience: Demonstrable experience in civil engineering, particularly in heavy civils, with a strong background in project management and site supervision.
  3. Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Project.
