**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our team at RGB Recruitment Ltd. As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. **Health and Safety:** Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  2. **Project Management:** Supervise and oversee the project, ensuring that construction work meets the client's specifications and requirements.
  3. **Client Liaison:** Update clients on project timelines and report any issues or concerns.
  4. **Day-to-Day Operations:** Ensure works are delivered in accordance with the specification, accurately record labour, plant, and materials, and contribute to the preparation of project programs.
  5. **Material and Plant Management:** Plan and order materials and plant to achieve project programs.
  6. **Record Keeping:** Maintain daily records of work carried out and ensure that works proceed in accordance with site programs.
  7. **Contract Compliance:** Ensure contract compliance working with other departments.
Requirements:
  1. **Qualifications:** SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  2. **Industry Experience:** Demonstrable civil engineering experience within heavy civils, with a strong background in construction project management.
  3. **Project Management:** Experience of working on large-scale Civil Engineering projects.
  4. **Communication Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
  5. **Technical Skills:** Working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel, and Project.
