Overview

The Sales Support Administrator will be an integral part of the team, supporting the Client Relationship Managers and Directors in a sales support capacity, assisting them with delivering the company's new leasing, portfolio management and consultancy services to our client base.


What you'll be doing:

  • Providing administrative and marketing support to the Asset Finance team as required
  • Recording client activity and enquiries on Salesforce, which is Link's CRM system
  • Drafting tenders and reports and maintaining Management Information
  • Providing Lessor feedback
  • Raising invoice requests
  • Attending client meetings to take and produce meeting minutes
  • Undertaking other duties and activities outside of those listed when required

  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • A good team player with the flexibility to support the team as and when required
  • Strong IT skills
