Office Administrator

The administrators role would be to liaise with customers, hauliers, suppliers and our other branch to ensure a smooth customer experience when purchasing materials from Durabound.
The jobs roles are listed below:
- Answering the landline
- taking orders, organising deliveries, dealing with queries
- Submitting customer orders into Sage
- Organising stock replenishment by working with warehouse staff
- Organising haulage
- Keeping customer relationships
- Organising Training courses that we hold at our Newcastle Branch
- Keeping stock high at all times
- Organising repair work and necessary checks to Work Vehicles
- Stock takes
- Processing Invoices and Credit Notes
Salary:
From £10.42 per hour
