DCS has openings for both Electrical and Mechanical Project Engineers to join the team. As a Project Engineer, you'll oversee projects on a daily basis, ensuring they meet deadlines, stay within budget, and surpass Client expectations. The projects vary in value and are located in the Hayes area. The role will primarily be site-based, with occasional travel to the Head Office required.

Lead team meetings to engage, motivate, and enhance performance.
  • Report project updates to Clients, Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Delegate tasks within the Project Team while fostering strong relationships.
  • Supervise installation and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors.
  • Handle cost control and collaborate with project surveyors on monthly reports.
  • Ensure quality control and manage risks (both program and commercial).
Minimum requirements include:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing projects from Technical Submittal to Commissioning stages.
  • Experience in Data Centers.
  • GCSE or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics.
  • HNC/HND or a B Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Hold a CSCS card.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • Approximately 5 years of project engineering experience (preferred).
