The company The Best Connection is on the lookout for a skilled full-time Sales & Customer Service Administrator to assist a local business in their rapid growth plans.

This opportunity will turn into a permanent position after a qualifying period. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, this role involves a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The perks include onsite parking and a casual dress code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record stock movements for customer invoice generation
  • Create internal documentation such as Warehouse Picking lists, Delivery notes
  • Coordinate collections and deliveries with customers
  • Communicate effectively with transport for seamless logistics
  • Provide stock level reports to customers
  • Quote prices using in-house software
  • Support colleagues when necessary
  • Establish strong relationships with potential clients
The ideal candidate:

  • Must have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in literacy, numeracy, and IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Familiarity with RMS Rental Software & SAGE is a plus
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good telephone etiquette
  • Work hours:
  • Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm or 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
