Overview:

Our client, a fantastic organisation based in the West End is currently recruiting for a Receptionist.

We are looking for -

  • Who has excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
  • Who will manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
  • Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills

  • With previous experience as a receptionist

As a receptionist, your main duties can consist of:

  • Greeting and registering guests.
  • Answering incoming phone calls.
  • Booking in meetings, clients, costumers etc.
  • Keeping the reception area clean and clear of clutter.
  • Take care of incoming and outgoing post.
